Will also be responsible for contracts supporting marketing and hedging of natural gas production under GISB/NAESB. Managing Director Business Development
At least 5 years of energy-industry experience.
Candidate must have good working knowledge of the refined products and/or
crude oil markets in the US.
Experience in structured transactions (commodity monetizations, working capital
arrangements and structured physical supply/marketing arrangements) and/or
principal investments (at the asset and company level).
Well-developed skills in the following functions:
Originating Transactional Opportunities.
Negotiating and Structuring Complex Agreements Utilizing inter-disciplinary
internal and external transaction support resources as needed to facilitate deal.
Execution and management (accounting, tax, legal, IT, compliance, trading,
marketing, logistics, etc.).
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Sound working knowledge of the refined products and/or crude oil markets in
North America with a firm understanding of industry trends, regulatory issues,

Senior Risk Analyst
This position will report to the Trading Manager and Controller. Role is to ensure trading systems and processes are operating properly. Also, will do analysis and modeling on business activities for reporting and optimization. Perform daily risk metrics to include VaR, validate and maintain forward price curves, analysis of price volatility and correlations. Monitor position limits, reconcile inconsistencies across front and middle office data, and profit/loss. Looking for 3 to 5 years experience in Risk. Degree in finance or related field.

Quantitative Analyst
This position will develop advanced analytical tools and methods, such as statistical, stochastic, and optimization models. Analyze market risks. Assess market risks in a trading environment back testing, financial modeling and other needed support to risk managers, traders, and supply. Develop econometric price forecast models for trading decisions Generate parameters (volatilities, correlations, drift, risk premium between spot and forward prices, mean reversion) for the dynamic price cube. Develop advanced dynamic options models for storage, transport, and investment decisions. Fundamental Analyst
RESPONDSIBILITIES- Research and develop fundamental models and indicators for the markets that are important to supply and trading activities. Integrate fundamental and quantitative elements into our tools, models, forecasts, and analyses. Proficient with Supply and Demand Forecasting, equilibrium/ utilization modeling, and other fundamental modeling techniques. This position will be responsible for developing business across the liquids value chain. This candidate will need to have strong negotiating skill and understanding of trading, knowledge of various regions in the US and in Canada to include, Conway and Mt. Bellvieu.
