Susan Magnani, President Susan has over 25 years of executive search experience with a broad expertise in the domestic and international energy trading and marketing industry. She has been with The Search Center since 1987 and president since January 1998. Susan is a specialist in several commodities including natural gas, electricity, coal, LNG, renewables, petroleum products, crude oil, and LPG/NGL. Her success focuses around high level placements in financial and physical trading and management with oil and gas companies, investment banks, financial institutions as well as hedge funds. John Pisklak, Vice President John has been in the executive search business since 1995 with his focus in Energy Trading and Marketing since 1997. He began with The Search Center as a senior recruiter and now serves as Vice President. Over the years John has witnessed many industry leaders rise and fall and rise again as the dynamic energy trading market shifts. His clients are established financial and physical trading firms. As John’s clients continually evolve his commodity expertise remains Electricity, Natural Gas, Crude Oil, and Petroleum Products. His career specialties remain trading, origination, risk management, quantitative analytics, and operations.
